2-pin DT Connector.

Depends on what harness you currently have - our driving lights and light bars need a 2-pin DT Connector. If you are using your existing harness, be sure to check the technical specs for each of our products, to make sure your existing harness is capable.

Our harness come with two 2-pin DT Connectors to connect a pair of forward lighting.

Yes.

One of our wiring harness will connect a pair of driving lights only or two light bars only.

If your ideal set up includes a pair of driving lights and a light bar, you will need 2 sets of our wiring harness.

We use Australia Post to deliver your goods.

We ship orders Australia wide so delivery can take anywhere from 2-5 days within metro and up to 14 days in rural areas.

PLEASE NOTE - Delivery time estimates are provided by couriers. Delays may occur due to peak periods and a number of other factors.

Yes we do! We partner with Australia post to deliver our goods so that you can have the benefit of using PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers as your delivery address.

Just remember when using Parcel Lockers, if the package is too large for the lockers, you will be notified to pick up your package from the post office.

Track your delivery on Australia post using the tracking code sent to your email or via SMS confirming your product dispatch.


If this fails or you see some sort of hold up, contact our Customer Service team on 1800 422 422 with your order number and they will have a chat with our carrier directly to track your order.

Check your email or mobile (whichever you nominated as your main form of contact); you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation once your package is picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

Warranties, Refunds and Returns

We think you'll love our products but if something is not what you expected, you simply change your mind or in the rare case it's not working properly, don't stress!

Please read our Warranty Policy or Refund Policy and then call Customer Service on 1800 113 443.

Is your claim within 30 days of the date you received it?

Is your item unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it? 

If you answered 'YES' to the above questions then call our Customer Service on 1800 113 443 and they will confirm any additional details before processing your return.

Our return policy is covered by our refund policy so make sure you review the terms and check that you are eligible.

Once your claim or return is approved, the refund back into your account can take up to 14 working days to transfer back into your account or method used for payment.

We provide warranty on our products from the date of purchase for up to (1) year and covers defects in materials.
