Big Red Gear Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Big Red Gear and Projecta (collectively referred to as “the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or its related entities are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway opens on 19 September 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 20 October 2025.

  • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, eligible participants must sign up via the official giveaway entry form during the giveaway period.

  • By signing up, entrants consent to being added to the email marketing lists of Big Red Gear and Projecta.

5. Prizes

One (1) winner will receive the following prize pack:

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be drawn at random within 5 business days of the giveaway closing.

  • The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian address at no cost.

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

8. Marketing Consent

  • By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Big Red Gear and Projecta, including newsletters, promotions, and product updates.

  • Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in emails.

9. Privacy

  • The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and related marketing, in accordance with its privacy policies.

10. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway at any time without notice.
